At The Desi Box, we take pride in offering premium-quality traditional food products along with dedicated customer care. Since most of our products are perishable, we follow a transparent and fair Return & Refund Policy designed to maintain food safety and customer satisfaction.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our items, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery, and our team will assist you promptly.
2. Refunds
A refund may be issued under the following situations:
- Damaged or Defective Product: If your item arrives broken, spoiled, or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving it.
- Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
To initiate a refund request, please share:
- Your order number
- A clear photograph showing the issue
Exchange will be done within 1 day
Replacement will be done within 1 day
Refund will be credited within 5-7 business days to the original payment method
Shipping – The product will be delivered within 3-7 working days
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that are partially consumed, used, or not in their original condition
- Orders placed with incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placement. To cancel, contact us immediately at thedesiboxstore@gmail.com.
Please note, orders that are processed or dispatched cannot be canceled.
